Last week I wrote about not being hard on myself. Stressed out, tired, cold: I felt very down.
This week I’ll focus on things that I am doing.
January and Expectations
There’s a lot to be said for powering through a project. For setting goals, and doing what it takes to accomplish them. There’s also something to be said for knowing when to stop and rest.
